When it comes to launching a business, there are many types of business entities to chose from.

You can go for limited liability business, proprietorship or partnership business.

If you are trying to sell a physical product online, like running an eCommerce store, go for LLP or LLC. You'll need a bank account for the business, an address and some paper works needs to be completed.

In Otherwise, it's better to start with proprietorship business and then think about incorporating it later.
