This episode explores the whether we can manage money with Heart and discusses the way in which we may be able to do this.
This conversation is a discussion around tapping into our nervous system to understand if our money is causing us to be in a state of stress or if we can align into Heart coherence, and creativity.
When we think about these two states, this can draw us to think about where in our Money Management really is the heart and this is the cashflow system, which is the Sol Money Map we talk about as the Sol Flow.
When we are in a sacred surplus, and our cashflow is automated and we are aware and take responsibility for our money, we can step out of the fight or flight, and step into creativity. It gives us that sigh out, that we need to feel safe to explore what is available in our imagination.
