This week’s Light Lesson invites you to step out of hiding — not into exposure, but into safe visibility. In this teaching, we explore the truth that being seen is not the same as being judged, and being visible is not the same as being vulnerable without protection. You are allowed to show up as who you are becoming, without shrinking, apologizing, or dimming your light to make others comfortable.
You’ll be guided to notice the places where you’ve been keeping yourself small — out of habit, out of fear, or out of old survival patterns that once kept you safe. We talk about the courage it takes to let your gifts, your voice, your presence, and your truth be witnessed… and how God meets you in the moments when you choose to stand in your light instead of stepping back into the shadows.
This lesson offers a grounding practice to help you soften the instinct to hide, breathe through the discomfort of being visible, and honor the parts of you that are ready to be known. Not by everyone — but by the right people, in the right spaces, at the right pace.
You are allowed to take up space. You are allowed to shine gently. You are allowed to be seen — fully, safely, and without shrinking.
