We are a society of multitasker. We want to get the most amount of things done in the least amount of time, but we don’t. Instead, we procrastinate, look at social media, stress, and are for the most part completely inefficient.
Multitasking is the enemy of productivity and mindfulness. A personal example is the fact that I’ve looked for my phone while talking on the phone and the worst part is I know I’m not alone. So how do we monotask? How do we stay rooted and grounded one task at a time?
