Holiday break is officially underway for Monroe County Schools.   The first semester has wrapped up, and students are enjoying some much needed time off.  For his thoughts on the first half of the school year, and a number of other topics, we spoke with Monroe County Schools Superintendent Dr. Mike Hickman.
