Monster Men

IT FOLLOWS. It’s just one of those movies, either you love it, or you hate it. Some considered a modern horror masterpiece and others want their 1h and 40 minutes back. It’s Halloween time again, but times have changed and so must we. Thanks to the pandemic, Halloween will look a little different this year, and so does our Halloween episode. We have done it remotely, as is the case with most things in 2020… but that does not stop us from having fun.

This time we discuss and celebrate the horror movies 1978, the year the John Carpenter’s Halloween came out. It was quite a year for the genre. Plus, throughout the conversation we talk about some of the ways you can enjoy Halloween while still staying safe.

Beware the moon! This week we welcome Michelle Garza to the podcast. Michelle alongside her twin sister, Melissa Lason, are better known as The Sisters of Slaughter, authors of some great horror, science fiction and dark fantasy. This week we discuss a subject that’s near and dear to Michelle; werewolves. Check out the Horror Hangout from April 2020 where we welcomed back our pal, horror author & musician Glenn Rolfe. He’s an old friend of the show and one hell of a guy.
