Here's one Southwest Montana's beautiful drives!  There are many places to stay and many things to do while you're in this area!  It's what we call the Philipsburg loop!

And, it's all on Highway 1!  We started in Anaconda and passed Discovery Ski Hill where skiing and mountain bike trails abound.  Then to Georgetown, Silver, Echo Lakes and Rock Creek where camping, swimming, fishing and boating are found!  And finally off to Philipsburg with it's quaint shops, homes on hills, and historic architecture.  Visit Granite Ghost Town, just a hop and a skip away.

There's so much to see and do on this loop.  You may need more than a day.  Enjoy staying overnight in Anaconda, Philipsburg, or at the lakes (if it's in camping season)!
