Annie Kulik has the desire to fill the gap in resources available to caregivers who are caring for a loved one with dementia at home, providing them with the guidance and strategies they need to improve the quality of life for their loved ones and themselves. She recognizes the challenges that caregivers face daily, particularly at home, so she became certified in this approach to offer practical tools and meaningful support to those in need.

Annie Kulik has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Master’s degree in Public Health, and is Certified Dementia Practitioner, with over a decade of experience in the dementia care field. Her career journey includes a variety of roles, starting as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Activities Assistant, and progressing into leadership positions as a Director and clinical quality care management. Her passion for the Montessori approach to dementia care began during her graduate studies, where she had the opportunity to work with Jennifer Brush, M.A., CCC-SLP, and others to implement this innovative program in a long-term care facility.
