An Orchard City teen is fighting to recover after he was shot in the head May 3. The boy, 15, was with other young people in or near an RV parked on property in the 1400 block of U.S. 50, northern Delta, when he was injured. Police are still investigating the matter and have not determined what exactly happened, how it happened, or who is responsible. Chief Luke Fedler said although witnesses on scene said it was an accident, authorities are not so sure.
