Last episode Vanessa opened up about her depression and while working through it she came across a Netflix doc titled "I am Maris" that really spoke to her. Maris Degener 's story is so inspiring for people dealing depression and with eating disorders. We wanted to share a little bit of her journey with all of you. We focus on the importance of yoga in her life and how she has continued to grow. She truly gave us a lot to think about when it comes to our own children and know she will do the same for you! We highly recommend watching her doc to get more details on her story.
