Susan Hart really is a wealth of knowledge, she's an inspiration, she shares some of her personal life journey with us like i've never heard it before.

Susan is the host of her own podcast - The Moon in You.

Susan's work is about two moons: 1. The moon that we see in the sky and 2. The moon that resides in us. Her commitment is to bring awareness to women and girls on topics that she is passionate about: Financial literacy, hormonal wisdom, astrological musing, and ancient plant medicines. Importantly, Susan says that "Men and boys are most welcome to lean in and learn as well".

Susan & I talk about menstruation, cycles and the cycles of the moon and harnessing the energies that surround us. We discuss the inner seasons and phases of the menstrual cycle and the phases of the moon.
