In this episode, I'm 26 weeks pregnant and really hitting a different mode in my pregnancy, there has been so many shifts and I wanted to talk about the topic of comparison, how being truly present can prompt you to notice growth and differences in yourself as a human being and your evolution. It's okay to change, to change your mind, to step into a new version of yourself, and trust your path. Do what's best for you always, no matter what others might think or say or just because its best for them or works for them. Talked about all that in this episode.

It's so important as mothers and wives to have a group of women in their life. They used to set up red tents back in the day, there are some that still even happen (this would be so cool, I think about it) when women would retreat while they were on their periods.. more to it obviously and I'll touch on that in a different episode but its why us women who have wombs are the moon and need each other. The rivalry and mom shaming has to end.
