After Superperson receives sage advice causing him to rethink his superhero tactics, MOPS is sent to HQ for routine inventory, where some old inventions cause chaos.

MOPS is called into Honfleur, France to deal with the chaos that the Mustachioed Menace has caused. Superperson decides to pay the MOPS Squadron a visit for some help with rebranding.
