The two of us then talk about the late season pushes for the playoffs for both the Blackhawks and the Bulls. We wrap up this episode by looking back on the careers of two notable NFL players who both just recently retired and the two of us give our takes on the Trevor Lawrence situation.

This week we welcome on Moraine Valley women's basketball head coach Delwyn Jones. Jones has been the head coach of the women's team for the past 21 years. He is also the current president of the Cook County College Teacher's Union (which represents MVCC Faculty) and is a Moraine Valley professor of Communications/Speech. Jones and I discuss his time at Moraine, knowing Kanye West and his mother Donda West, and he wraps up the interview by giving his best advice to the youth and what qualities he looks for and wants to instill in his players.

This week we welcome on fellow MVCC student Jack Zampillo. Zampillo is the Opinion Editor for "The Glacier," an MMA journalist for the Philadelphia based "Scraptitude," and the co-host of the podcast "The Z and Clay Show."
