It's about being the type of person who doesn't miss workout.  It's easy to train when you feel good, but it's crucial to show up when you don't feel like it-even if you do less than you hope.

One of my favorite parts of this chapter is this: The road less traveled is the road of delayed gratification.  If you're willing towait for the rewards, you'll face less competition and often get a bigger payoff.  As the saying goes, the last mile is always the least crowded.  

James has some little tricks up his sleeve about ideas to automate good habits.  Come listen and see if you can apply one of these to your life!

Find ways to make your goals easier to do. Don't try to be overly motivated.  Find ways to make things easier to do.  We gravitate towards easy.  Simplify your goals and make pathways to have them be easier.  Some good food for thought here in this podcast!
