Based on her own experience, Maye found ways to deal with her anxiety during this trying times. Being alone made her try these activities regularly (besides from eating and sleeping), which became effective to keep herself from thinking unhapy thoughts. Again, not a professional therapist, just a woman trying to share recommendations to fellow human suffering from anxiety.
