Bryan Fischer wither today’s Life and Liberty Minute. Many couples today are struggling with the agony of childlessness. But The Scripture is full of stories of couples who by God’s grace and power were able to bring children into the world despite years of frustration. In 1 Samuel we’re told of Hannah, whose womb the Lord had closed. Hannah reached the place where she wept long and bitter tears and refused to eat. Even her husband who loved her could not console her. Out of her deep distress, Hannah poured out her soul to the Lord and asked God to remember her and give her a son. God heard her prayer and gave her Samuel, one of the greatest men of God of all time. So if you are where Hannah was, do what Hannah did - pour out your soul and your anguish and your bitter tears to God. And never ever forget that the womb that God has closed is also the womb that God can open.
