In this episode, I will be joined by Yvette Onofre, a Certified Holistic Health Coach and Personal Fitness Chef. Zhivi will share her personal journey towards improving her health including her exercise and eating habits after she was diagnosed with a chemical imbalance while in public school. Zhivi's story is truly inspiring.

During the interview, Debert discusses how healthy eating and exercise has enabled her to keep up with the rigorous demands of publishing the subscription based magazine and why more women of color are playing golf. Debert also points out that there are college scholarships available for African American kids who play golf but not enough kids are taking advantage of this opportunity. This is a very enlightening episode packed with so much good to know information for the entire family.
Actress, Comedienne, Author and TV Personality, Kim Coles will share some amazing stories about her career, healthy lifestyle challenges and her upcoming one woman show on Bounce TV which will air on Wednesday, November 12. Kim also reveals why she launched an initiative called "Open the G.I.F.T.S." Through speaking engagements, live events, workshops and products, the program inspires others to discover their own true "gifts" so that they may share them with the world.
