In this episode, I address some additional issues concerning generational trauma. Specifically, I talk about family traditions, secrets, family roles, and learned behavior. I also continue to talk about Cranial Electrotherapy Stimulation (CES) and present a device, called "The Mind Alive Oasis Pro," that allows an individual to set specific, desired brainwave settings.
