As we strive to be the best version of ourselves each day we must remember that no two days are alike. This means that the best version of ourselves must be adaptable. I describe a principle of Royce Gracie he calls “less than, more than, equal to” but change it slightly to fit with the journey many of us are on to be the best version of ourselves each and everyday.
