You may have read the books, watched the documentaries and sat through the webinars, but if you're anything like me, you're probably still feeling decently under prepared for the arrival of a new baby - so who better to ask what the reality is of a new arrival than someone right in the crux of it as we speak! 

Me ol' mate Ackers is back on the podcast, seven months on from our last catch up where we got the exclusive announcement that Chris and his amazing partner Tracey were expecting their first child. 

Now the very proud father of a six day old baby girl, Scarlett, Chris gave us plenty of caffeinated anecdote and recount about:

This was a great chat purely to catch up with Chris on a personal level, and thrilled that he has been happy to share his experience with all of us. Needless to say the countdown is on in our household!
