Bodybuilding. It’s a term that has become much more encompassing within our industry than it should have, with many confusing the sport for what has become the leading methodology for the majority of those looking for fat loss, muscle gain or both.
On this episode of the podcast, we’re joined by my good friend and legitimate bodybuilder Anthony Zreikat, as he takes us through his experiences with stage prep as we look to answer the question - is the juice worth the squeeze?
And who better to answer that than someone’s who’s done five strenuous cuts for twenty two stage appearances over only a six year period!
Anth is an amazing human being, a young man who encompasses the gym as a metaphor for strengthening character and self belief, and a guy who enjoys flexing his brain as much as his biceps. Even as he describes the darkest sides of his experience, he does so in a manner that had us contemplating if we were up for the task!
