Spend almost two decades doing anything, and the chances are you’re going to have a pretty in depth level of knowledge, an abundance of experience and plenty of understanding from all the trial and error of application. 

Cam embodies this outline, with a masters in strength and conditioning throw in for good measure. 

From opening CrossFit South Wharf, travelling and working abroad, combining corporate with passion to more recently being forced back to Aus and launching a new online PT business while stuck in hotel quarantine - Cam and I chatted at length about the why and the how behind building strong communities both in person and in an online setting, including:
