Welcome to the 2nd episode of More than Meets the Eye, on today’s show we hear the wonderful life story of Juliette Coffey. An integrative therapist who has over 15 year’s experience working with people who have a wide range of issues such as trauma, anxiety, loss, abuse, depression and life-threatening illnesses. Juliette shares with us her incredible knowledge of helping others, her wisdom she has built from working with the most vulnerable people and studying and exploring psychology within a theology framework.
Juliette discusses her love of listening to people from the youngest age and how that inner need to help people followed her through to her late teens. Following a stressful pregnancy Juliette eventually found her purpose and calling in life and set about to re-train gaining a Masters in Integrative Psychotherapy . She imparts incredible information on how we can use therapy to help ourselves overcome the biggest challenges in life and how walking in the shoes of those we want to help will allow us to truly help those on a healing journey.
