Already facing multiple organizational scandals, twenty-one Massachusetts State Troopers have now been implicated in an overtime fraud scheme. The commander of the MA State Police Col. Kerry Gilpin said that an internal audit found a range of one to one hundred fraudulent overtime shifts per trooper. While there has been no dollar value put on the fraud yet, it is clear that the total will be substantial.
