I talk about how I have been listening to Dr. Wayne Dyer on the Hay House Audio App and how much I am learning from him.  I revisited his Excuses Be Gone! book and was delighted to discover that he doesn't read from the book, but rather, Hay House used and Excuses Be Gone! weekend workshop as the audio.  It is far more comprehensive, informative and entertaining than I had planned on hearing.  I've learned a lot about the act of contemplating and more about excuses, how they show up in our minds, bodies and actions and how to eradicate them.  It's really important stuff.
