And we’re pretty excited. To celebrate, Ruby and Anthony were joined by TWO guests (bi-guestial?) Morgan Carpenter drops in to put the ‘I’ in LGBTI, as well as share some great tunes, and Rei Alphonso from Drummond Street returns to the show to talk about a new project happening in Queerspace.

Morgan is an Intersex activist and researcher and speaks out against Intersex stigma and the need for greater levels of inclusion for Intersex people in LGBTI spaces as well as in mainstream. Did you know there are 40 known variants of intersex conditions? Or that it’s about as common as red hair? Listen in and hear more, ’cause Morgan knows his stuff.
Queerspace is offering support for Queer people experiencing Family Violence
Ruby and Anthony are also joined by Rei Alphonso from Drummond Street Services’ family violence program at Queer Space. Rei discusses the complexities surrounding LGBTI intimate partner and family violence, particularly for Bisexual woman. Rei shares some information on the types of support offered at Drummond Street Services for those experiencing family violence.
