When I say our life was turned upside down, I mean it. On July 1st my husband, David received a Cancer diagnosis. We are thankful it was detected when it was and that his prognosis is good. However, the last six months have been hard. He is doing so well with the treatments and I am so proud of him. We talk candidly in this episode about how to show up for people who are going through hard things and also want to encourage and educate everyone to get their cancer screens. Early detection can make all the difference. Thank you for listening and supporting us, we hope our story inspires you wherever you are at today. Well, it's time for some real talk! We're going to chat all about how to "organize" a Grab + Go Binder. A Grab + Go Binder can be a life saver in the case of an emergency or a non-emergency. It's a home for all the things in your home. Think important papers, must have references, and hard to replace information (like a birth certificate or passport). For MWM Community members you may download/print the free printable on the Community page. This list is a great checklist to help you narrow down what to put in your binder (or safe, file, lockbox…). Plan now and be prepared for tomorrow! And make sure to check out the book I referenced – The Gentle Art of Swedish Death Cleaning: How to Free Yourself and Your Family from a Lifetime of Clutter.
