We met at the University of Oregon (a few years ago) and we also just spent a few days together camping in southern Utah. Julie is an Includer who loves to host and include others. She believes in the motto, the more the merrier. Her toast bar idea as a theme is genius and guaranteed to be a crowd pleaser! I love Julie's heart for hospitality and that she wants to welcome others in and does so so naturally. I also loved how she shared how we can love on single people in our lives. Time management is challenging all the time, but especially right now. I shared some of my thoughts with you on how time and structuring things is more complicated than ever within this pandemic. My suggestions are to focus on being thankful and thoughtful. These two mindsets will help you regardless of the obstacles in your way. Lower the bar where you need to, extend grace (to yourself and others), and focus on living 24 hours at a time. These are all ways to help things feel doable. My friend and co-worker, Julie Pitts joined me in my recording studio/home office for today's interview. Julie is a Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor.
