In this episode, we dive into Mormonism and the important question of clarity when it comes to faith, language, and the gospel. At first glance, conversations with Mormons can feel surprisingly familiar. The same words are used. There is talk about God, Jesus, grace, and salvation. There is sincerity, kindness, even a shared desire to talk about spiritual things. But as you slow down and begin to ask what those words actually mean, you start to realize that similar language does not always reflect the same beliefs.
There is a kind of conversation where everything seems to line up on the surface, yet something feels just slightly off.
