While Christian denominations world-wide have been slipping into apathy, worldliness, and biblical illiteracy, the cult of Mormonism has been able to preach its satanic doctrines throughout the world deceiving countless souls in the process.
It's time for true men, women, and even children of God to stand against the heresies being taught by the Mormons and contend for the true Christian faith.
Mormons: The Serpent's Saints will teach you how to do just that!
Learn about:
Understand the truth that just as Christians are followers of Jesus Christ of Nazareth and Lutherans are followers of the teachings of Martin Luther, Mormons are in fact followers of Mormo, the king of devils or none other than Satan himself!
Learn the truth about the satanic cult of Mormonism and its false prophets before someone you know is converted to the soul-damning doctrines of Mormonism.
Members Reviews:
too combative to be effective for anyone
1. I am a Christian (and a pastor - in a denomination, which the author may believe this is bad because of their pride in not being in a denomination)
2. I believe Mormonism is a cult
3, I don't like the pseudo-name that is meant to be "cute"
4. Constant name calling and "confrontation" is not effective with most people. that is all this book is. while it may have accurate truths, it is hard to go through the constant barrage.
5. The use of King James, and their own archaic language makes this more difficult to follow than it should be
6. Their referring to Roman Catholicism as a cult is offensive to the vast majority of Christians...That they have false teachings is true...but so does repent or burn (the author)
7. If you want a decent work on the subject, I would recommend Kingdom of the Cults by Walter Martin (considered by many one of the best works on the subject).
8. Before reading this, follow the author's invitation to read who they are -- including their statement of faith.
First Impression --- Terribly Closed Minded
Let me start off by saying I am a Christian. I believe in the authority of the Bible and it's inerrancy. It is the word of God and we must use it to learn God better and walk in His commandments.
I have a few issues with the way Mr. OrBurn approaches this book. First off, he states that there are "14 million deceived souls" who hold to the "heretical doctrines" of Mormonism which he claims is a "cult". It is both condescending and irreverent of people who strive to learn more about Jesus and intellectually find the LDS/RLDS church a much more coherent set of beliefs than Protestantism. Yes - I do believe that the Bible should be the sole authority in our understanding of God. And yet, if you actually read anything that is theologically sound LDS (try Jesus the Christ by James Talmage) you would understand that many LDS memebers not only know their Bible and the Gospel, but have a deep satisfaction in their understanding of it. And they are intellectually stimulated and challenged by the doctrines and theology they hold dear.
