KFGO Farm and Ranch Director Sarah Heinrich has been looking through grocery fliers and she says ham and other Easter meal fixings are on sale this week so even if you aren't making dinner for the family, you might want to stock up on those items. Buy an extra ham or two and toss them in the freezer.  Yum!

American Gold Gymnastics Gold-N-Motion

is Sunday, April 28th at Scheels Arena.  They are also holding their inaugural Gold-N-Honors event on Saturday, April 27th at Delta Hotel.  Athletes Benny Lund and Taylor Lawrence, and Certified Athletic Trainer Brenda Potter joined Bonnie and Doug in studio to talk about the show and honors event.

We'd also like to give a big shout-out to Benny Lund who just qualified for nationals, making him the first male in AGG history to make it to JO Nationals. Way to go Benny!

Fargo is hosting the 2019 USA Broomball National Championships.  Dozens of teams representing 13 states and Washington, D.C. will compete.   Jace Holm of the Fargo Warriors joined Bonnie and Doug to give us details.
