As you send out love daily, you get on the wavelength of love, which is higher than the world's ways and thinking. You are working from a place of compassion, power and wisdom helping to empower people. This invisible, yet powerful energy is truth. In this every thing we feel, from the heart because of love will be in truth. As love is a pure stream untainted by the world, we will be able to hear clearly and accurately while feeding our energy and impacting the lives for the better.

Understanding what love is and Emotional well being by loving yourself

Understanding the power of changing from within and loving yourself deeply as love sees you as you are and only as you are not people's thoughts or opinions. Learning to meditate, send love to yourself (eliminates fear, self loathing which have nothing to do with you) and think the thoughts, characteristics, etc you want to manifest in your life. Love will super charge these things. Always thoughts of love as it has your and everyone's highest good in mind.

Learning to listen to the spirit within as we are sending out love each day. As spirit is truth it will always lead us into greater realms of ourselves, greater expansion, work things out fir immeasurably Infinitely far above and beyond we could ever think, ask or imagine. This is why we listen to ourselves and our energy as we will always be affirming to us, empowering and giving us discernment in everything. As we send out love we are feeding and fueling this energy that always keeps us moving forward.

This means tremendous things for you as you work from within sending out heart energy you have thd ability to transform yourself and thd world around you. Spending time with spirit and understanding who you are. Spirit is truth and will lead you into deeper and deeper into you and the reality of you. As you learn to listen to spirit, you will find new paths, greater experiences, spirit will always take care of you, making you who you are supposed to be who you were meant to be. Continuing to send out love, you are feeding the spirit within, dismantling hate and causing changes in the world around you. Love instantly works and manifests your life into the world.

Understanding further our ability of looking within as we have already won the war. Eliminating issues of fear, insecurities, beginning to heal ourselves and others which is vital to life, love and living. Focus daily on love, encouragement,abundance and peace.
