We are also having ourselves on the level of loves thinking in our minds which are always positive, uplifting and expanding. Love heals our hearts, regulates our minds, expands our awareness of ourselves while partnering with us to transform this world. In this we are taking down illness, inequalities, racism and the like. As we are battling these stronghold we are helping to improve the lives of people now and in the time to come. Never stop sending out love.

Continuing to deepen your awareness of the spirit within abd eviscerating negativity at yhe same time. As you fjcus on the spirit within, you hear the thoughts of your spirit whivb gives you information about you fof you. Ths information is always positive (never pay attention tk negativity as it wants attention- learn to listen tk your energy which gives you information about you,helps bring your desires abd dreams to fruition, take care of you sbd gives you ideas. Worry is a dark energy, doesn't belong. Also you realize you are not anyone's thoughts as you are going to let you know. Listen to yourself. Always listen to you.

Continuing looking within and gaining knowledge. This bring ms stability plus make sure everything work out immeasurably Infinitely far above and beyond.

As a Guardian, we have been given powers to dismantle evil and to set people free oppression, lies and the like. As we are sending out love which is an energy and power that works instantly we are helping to dismantle the lies of the mind and prisons or strongholds that people have. By our focus on love which increases the spirit drawing things to them and immediately transforming people's lives nor just now but for the duration as love awakens their spirits. Love's thoughts are higher and everything simply comes to them abd its lasting.

Listening to the spirit within. The guidance of Spirit within you. As you do everything works out. You discover your purpose, your vision and your mission. Instead of feeling lost, you find yourself connected to you and to the vast knowledge of the universe. Keep focusing on the spirit within.

Continuing the series of deepening the knowledge from within and focusing on the spirit within you. For as you focus on you, you build your marriage stronger as you are sending love to yourself, you are also doing it your partner which causes you to grow deeper and stronger. The more you think thoughts of love that more you are feeding you and instead of looking for love you are simply finding it.

Understanding as we are sending out love, we are freeing people from unwelcome harassing thoughts forms that have no right or place in their lives. As these things are energy, as we send out the energy of love it nullifies and expels this from their lives as well as our own making all stronger in the process. For love is our focus as well as mentality. It works telepathically first to remove unwanted thoughts as it feeds the spirit. Always telepathically first. Never stop sending love.

Deepening our knowledge and understanding of ourselves abd that our spirits within do not change but always tries to get our attention. As we learn to continue to focus on the spirit within we will connect with ourselves, who will remind us of who we are, give us info and keeo us all in the same page. This is why we focus on us.
