Understanding what love does in our lives. Love causes compassion, us to walk in our authenticity; since Love is the higher thoughts it way more powerful than any lower energy. Thoughts of love causes us to be more of us, help our desires and dreams come about and takes care of us. Since its invisible (as our own energy is) it is very powerful working instantly and constantly.

Understanding the benefits of Laughter: increased Health, cardiac health improvement, mental improvements and overall feeling good health benefits.

Finding laughter into our lives.

Understanding what happens as we send out the power of love to others, how we are transformed into our true selves as well as know love exposes negativity. As love (good extremely powerful energy, thoughts) exposes negativity, (bad energy or thoughts), we learn to not taken them personally but but taken them down for we have loves thoughts in our minds. In this love makes us more of who we are. We fight by focusing on love.
