David is driving to New York today and he wanted some help on what snacks and other survival tips and tricks he should have for the road trip!

We loved talking with Russ Hoyt, of the Hoyt Foundation, about the Team Hoyt Memorial 5 Mile Race taking place this weekend. David is hosting the event on Saturday, and its an annual event to honor the same distance of the first race Dick & Rick ran together.

SUCCESS!!! David, Sue and Kendra took Aiden into the parking lot, got him on a bike and he rode it for the first time ever, and didn't fall!
