Sue and Kendra talked with Candace Perreault, Co-Founder of Rock the Spectrum Foundation. Since launching in 2016 alongside Katie Billingsley and Keri McGloin, the foundation has raised over half a million dollars to support families with children on the spectrum—funding things like assistive devices, specialized swim lessons and inclusive sports programs. They recently launched their first-ever Spectrum of Opportunity Scholarship: a $10,000 scholarship for 2026 and 2027 to support multiple recipients who are pursuing and advancing careers in the special needs field.

Listener Maria called in to say that Kendra must be a miracle sleeper with NOTHING - not even a NIGHT STAND!

Sue discovered this morning that Kendra doesn't have any nightstands next to her bed. Kendra can't believe that Sue has a tall glass of water, a few books, her glasses, a lamp, tissues, Advil and a sound machine right next to her at all times.

Kendra admitted that sometimes when she goes shopping and doesn't have time to buy the item right away, she will tuck it away in other departments, like behind the luggage or in between the towels... Does anyone else do this??
