Ephesians 5:8 says; For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light. We've experienced some dark days in our lives and in our world. Our mission today is to be the light that both reveals God's love and mercy and exposes the darkness of our world.

I love the Lord's prayer in Matthew chapter 6. In today's episode I share from verse 10 - Your kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven. Let's talk about this on today's Morning Manna.

What's coming... Jesus is coming again! Until He comes we have a mission... to share the gospel to others and live like Jesus. Sure we don't know what's coming in between, but we must stay focused on our mission.

Words are powerful... they can build up and they can destroy. In today's episode I share a verse that I pray out loud to the Lord when I first wake up. Be careful today with your words. Maybe you need to "Stifle yourself."

I love the chorus of the old Imperials song called Praise the Lord - "Praise the Lord He can work through those who praise Him. Praise the Lord for our God inhabits praise. Praise the Lord for the chains that seem to bind you, serve only to remind you that they drop powerless behind you when you praise Him." Yes there is power in praise. Let's praise Him today in spite of any and all challenges!
