We are in week 2 of our first sermon series with our new Pastor Amy. The sermon series is called Envisioning Morning Star and this week Amy preaches from the Gospel of John, chapter 4, verses 16-26. The title of her sermon is In Spirit & Truth.

Pastor Amy begins a four week sermon series called Envisioning Morning Star. In week 1 Amy preaches from Ephesians 2:1-9 in a sermon she calls Grace Point.

Pastor Amy preaches on Freedom this July 4th. Her inspiration comes from 2 Corinthians 3:12-18.

Our first Sunday with our new pastor Amy Wilson Feltz. Amy preaches from Ruth 1:11-17, a sermon titled "Where You Go".

Guest preacher, Rev Gary Seelau, preaches from Luke 8:22-25. He shares a story of faith about a snowy Monday in 1981 near Buffalo, NY.

This Sunday's guest preacher is Rev Scott Sharp of The Methodist Foundation and former pastor of Central UMC Albuquerque, NM. Scott full embraces Concert T-Shirt Sunday and shares with us his love the '80s band Hüsker Dü and their song "New Day Rising". He preaches from Luke 22:14-24 and 1 Corinthians 11:23-26.

As we work toward welcoming our new pastor, Reverend Gary Seelau, retired, preaches from Philippians 2:1-2 and 5-11. He shares the story of a new found friend, Jimmy V.

We find ourselves at Morning Star at our last Sunday with our Pastor Ross Whiteaker, Child of God. Ross, if you didn't know already, he can be a blubbering mess sometimes. That being said, he knew he wouldn't not be able to preach on his last Sunday in Las Cruces. So, he did the fun thing, Rappin' With Ross. You have questions and sometimes Ross has answers.

This is Pastor Ross's second to last Sunday with us, but this is his last sermon. It is Pentecost Sunday and Ross explains what that all means. He also preaches from the book of Acts, chapter 2.

With only two more Sundays after this one before Pastor Ross leaves, he preaches to us from Matthew 3:13-43 and reminds us of who and of whom we are.
