KTVU's Dave Clark hosts today's headlines:

- The death toll rises to 80 people in the Central Texas flash floods after months of rain fell in just a couple of hours. A Marin County family are unaccounted for after vacationing along the Guadalupe River.

- BART service in the East Bay is expected to resume their schedule after a shooting last night near the Antioch station. Around 8:15 last night, BART service was stopped between Antioch and Pittsburg Bay Point as police searched for the shooter. The victim was taken to the hospital and is expected to survive.

- San Jose police plan to release more information about officers shooting and killing an armed suspect. No officers were hurt in the incident as the investigation continues.

-Economists say the U.S. Dollar has weakened more than 10% over the past six months, the largest amount and biggest drop since 1973. Analysts blame President Trump's tariff policies, and the increasing government debt.

- Today marks six months since the beginning of the deadly wildfires in Los Angeles County. The Palisades and Eaton Fires began January 7th. 29 people died, and more than 16,000 buildings destroyed, many of them homes.
