  • #FearNot God is Sovereign
If ever there was a time that we needed to renew our faith and strength in God, the time is now. Fear, worry, uncertainty, grief, suffering and sin abound. Someone asked the question: Wheredo I go, when there is no one that I can talk to? Who do I turn to when no one wants to listen? Who do I lean on, when no foundation is stable? Join the chorus of psalmist Albertina Walker and writter Dottie Rambo and sing, “I Go to the Rock.” That Rock is Christ Jesus our Lord and Savior. Let's go to Him, now as never before, for help, strength, and comfort in these perilous times. He is still in control. He is still watching over His Word. He is still faithful. You can trust our Sovereign God. God is Sovereign. #GodisSovereign

  • Praise Break!
Hey Saints and Friends! did you know that sometimes in the midst of trouble, sorrow, sickness, pain and suffering it’s good to just stop everything and give God all the praise honor and glory that’s to his name!?! Well, it is it’s good to say thank you Jesus! It’s good to give God all the glory! It’s good to tell God how much you love him and appreciate him and how much you just stand on his word and his promises to you concerning every situation that you’re dealing with. No matter what you were going through right now you need to take the time and just give God the praise! Take a praise break. Do you know how we do it in church when the pastor says a good word and says, can you say amen to that or somebody say, *hallelujah! *. Well, I’m saying to you right now ,wherever you are , whatever you’re doing, stop, and take a *praise break.*. When you do this, you will release stuff off of you That’s been hanging on you all day and all night - that fatigue …that pain …that worry …that stress …all of that which the enemy has dumped on you through the night …through the week …through the day. You need to take a praise break and shake it off! I like the duck with a dirt being heaped on his back from the storm from the rain and he shakes it off ….like your dog who gets wet out in the rain and he comes in. He shakes it all off….albeit your floor ,your drapes, your carpet may get messed up,but at least he knows what to do. He knows how to shake it off. A very popular song writer of our day has a song by the title I believe, but I also know that Jesus told us,his children,to shake the dust off our feet when our words for not received by those who we spoke to. He told us to shake it off. So today I want to do just that. Take a praise break, and shake it off. In this moment of praise our mention the late great apostle RD Henton. My apologies, because I miss spoke by referencing him as RW Henton. In my spirit I must’ve been thinking about R W Shambach. I tell you, both of these men knew how to stop and take a praise break! Do you?

This message of encouragement focuses on the sovereignty of God and how we as believers can always and forever lean upon HE who is SOVEREIGN to rule and reign over our lives, working all things together for our good. • The power of fasting and prayer as exemplified in the lives of praying men
In my Facebook group Daniel Fast 100, during the noon hour prayer , we delved deeper into the lives of praying men (and women ) in the Bible. The lives and witness of great Biblical characters like David, Solomon, Nehemiah, Esther, Ezra, Hannah- just to name a few, prove to us the power of fasting and prayer. Use that power. You will change your world! ❤️Michelle

  • The power of fasting and prayer as exemplified through the life of Solomon, the king
As believers, we have come to understand that there is no power, comparable to the power of the combined efforts of fasting and prayer. This reality is demonstrated time after time through the Old Testament and New Testament biographical sketches of the lives of men and women of God. In the life of Solomon, the king, the son of David, we find this to be, a powerful truth as well. Fasting coupled with prayer brings down heaven. Learn the power for yourself as we study men and women of God, who were used by God to accomplish the supernatural through the power of fasting and prayer. Today’s focus from the archives, king Solomon.
