The little ghouls and goblins will be running around the neighborhood streets tonight celebrating Halloween! And, while we all want the kids to have a fun night, we also want them to return home safely. We took the opportunity to get some ‘Halloween Safety’ tips from Carol Henke, Public Information Officer with the Calgary Fire Department.
