Have you ever felt weighed down, ashamed and worthless because of sin? Too often, when we have those thoughts/feelings of inadequacy due to sin, we then have the tendency to push Gods grace either back into the past (Yeah, God showed me grace before, but Ive blown it since then!) or out into the future (Someday Ill do better with this sin and then God will show me grace.) But, Gods grace doesnt do you any good unless it is received RIGHT NOW! His Grace is always present and active! So, receive the overflow of grace (Rom 5:17) that is available for you today! Grace shines brightest in the areas of our life that seem darkest. Its a wonderful thing that Gods grace has NOTHING to do with our efforts, isnt it! No matter how you or I may mess up, as long as we believe in Jesus redemptive work on the cross, Gods grace is there for us! Even in the areas where we are weakest, Gods grace will come in and give us His strength!
