We're back and it's lit. We've got the final three teams from the Premier League's top six for you...

But first - Nico wanted to talk to you about the Community Shield, a match in which Pep Guardiola didn't use the 3-5-2 that Nico had previously promised he would use...

The segue from here to Chelsea was natural and so we discussed Maurizio Sarri's new charge, their midfield three in particular but also how Sarri will differentiate himself from Antonio Conte in terms of the positional play we should expect to see in the attacking areas in particular.

Next, we discussed Liverpool - a team who are slowly transitioning towards a more efficient brand of football under Jurgen Klopp. We also talked about their midfield three and thought about how their brand of pressing football will be tweaked going into the new season.

And last but by no means least, we talked about Unai Emery's Arsenal. What effect will a new manager - whoever it is - have on the squad? Are they, in fact, something of a sleeping giant? Should we expect big things?
