The children of Israel spoke cursing and death into their circumstances in spite of the promise that God gave to them. 

• Go on up, and possess it, Moses said. As the Lord God of thy fathers hath said unto thee, “Fear not nor be discouraged.” 

• God’s Word has never changed! 

• We don’t need anybody to tell us what the devil tells us. 

• God said, Don’t look to the bigness of your need. Look to the bigness of your God. Your circumstances are hindrances to seeing My abilities. If you keep your eyes on the circumstance, the devil will use the circumstance to defeat you and to accuse the Word of God. 

• God is not a man that He should lie, neither the son of man that He should repent? Hath He said it and shall He not do it? 

• Go on up! The land’s yours! The healing is yours! The salvation of your children is yours! My anointing on your ministry is yours! 

• Israel limited God by the words that were coming out of their mouth. 

The very same anointing that anointed Jesus Christ of Nazareth two thousand years ago with the Holy Ghost is the same Holy Spirit and the same anointing that anoints you and I today, the same, absolutely no difference. 

• God is going to pour out a special anointing upon our mouths. 

• I prophesy to you tonight that God’s end-time people are going to speak forth words that God places in their mouth. Those words will come forth with power and anointing until their very enemies will be dumbfounded and unable to stand up against the end-time Body of Christ. 

• Somebody say, I’d like God to anoint my mouth. 

• We have the ability to have a 100 percent pure, a 100 percent clean, a 100 percent victorious mind because it’s not ours; it’s the mind of Christ. Let this mind be in you which was in Christ Jesus. 

• Do you think God could give us a new mouth, too? 

• Before we can speak the Word in power and the authority, as God has planned, God is calling us to a new position, a position of accountability. 

• When they shall deliver you up—Matthew 10:19-20—take no thought how or what you shall speak, for it shall be given you in the same hour. Fanaticism? Call it what you want. 

• For it is not you that speaks but the Spirit of your Father which speaketh in you. 

Prophecy: 

God’s raising up a people who are going to be so saturated, so controlled by the Holy Spirit, they’re going to walk in the same power, the same authority, as Jesus did. 

God’s going to pour out a special anointing upon their mouth. They’re going to speak forth the words He places in their mouth with such power, with such anointing, their enemies are going to be dumbfounded. 

Your enemies are not going to be able to stand against you. As God’s Word will come forth out of your mouth, it’ll break strongholds. It’ll break the enemy’s power. God’s Word will come forth with new power, new authority, out of your mouth! 

You’ll speak life! You’ll speak life into your circumstance. You’ll speak life into your circumstance. 

A powerful, spiritual force is about to be released. Within the Body of Christ that will bring about the greatest manifestation of the power of God that the world has ever seen. 

• The full intention of God is not what we are but what He wants us to be. 

• Jesus didn’t die on the Cross and pay a 50 percent price. 

• Jesus didn’t pay a 50 percent price. He didn’t pay a 75 percent price. Jesus paid a 100 percent price. 

• You and I can have 100 percent victory over 100 percent of the enemy’s power over 100 percent of every thought of our mind over 100 percent of this unruly member called our tongue! 

• The victory of this whole body depends upon the victory we gain here at this root of the tongue that can destroy us. 

• Death and life are in the power of the tongue. 

• Now, beloved, we’ve come to a place in God of a new position. It’s called accountability. It’s called responsibility. It’s called discipline. We are at a crossroad. 

• We’ve got to pass the point of blessing. 

• You can’t enter into the point of power without accountability. 

• We’re at the crossroad, and I prophesy, and I tell you tonight, in the Name of Jesus, that the words we speak are going to determine whether we live in victory or defeat. 

• The words I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life. 

• No words are empty. No words are useless. Don’t you fool yourself. No words are lifeless. They either speak victory, or they speak defeat. 

• If all truth is parallel, and if Christ truly lives in us and is formed in us, we possess the potential—if we get the spiritual breakthrough—of speaking the words of life that do not come from the natural man but that come from a life-giving force called “the Son of the living God” that is alive in us! 

God’s Word is not vulnerable. It does not depend upon us for its fulfillment. God would never put Himself in that position. 

• In the Word lies the power of its own fulfillment. 

• In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. All things were made by Him; and without Him was not anything made that was made. 

• God doesn’t give you the right to be a spiritual renegade. He gives you a right to be a disciplined child of God that walks in harmony and unity of the Spirit and the Word! 

• Is it possible for us to speak as Jesus did and see the same results? 

• How many of you believe that the Word of God is the same yesterday, today, and forever? 

• Revelation is “the stripping away of the veil of darkness.” 

• God has given us power through our tongue to go beyond the natural and into the supernatural. 

• How far do we want to go? 

• God’s got a Book full of superstars. 

• I’d hate to think of where this world would be without God’s superstars, without men who were willing to pay the price for more dedication, for more accountability, for more responsibility, for more discipline than the average person who sits in the pew! 

• Moses interceded, and God spared them, and God told Moses, in Numbers 14:20, I have pardoned according to thy word. I did it, Moses, because of the Word that came from your lips! 

• Joshua spoke to the sun and the moon. They stood still. Joshua 10. 

• Elijah spoke the Word of the Lord to the widow at Zarephath, and her cruse of oil and barrel of meal never ran dry throughout the time of famine, 1 Kings 17:16. 

• I prophesy to you, the world has never yet seen what will take place when you rise up to accountability, responsibility, and discipline under the Holy Spirit! 

We’re going to have to be willing to humble our self and repent and allow God to sanctify our tongue. 

• The moment this live coal, from the altar of God, touched the lips of Isaiah, God considered him cleansed from his sins. 

• Sin is conceived in the heart, and it’s conceived in the mind, but the tongue is the major channel through which sin is expressed. 

• Every time we yield our tongue to criticize, to backbite, to gossip, to slander, to spread discourse among other members of the Body of Christ, we are yielding our tongue to Satan. 

• God’s calling us to rise up to a new level of responsibility and put a guard over your tongue. Take control of it! 

• The problem with most of us is we’re walking around talking about our problems. 

• We’re talking about our sicknesses. We’re talking about our financial problems, what we can’t do, what we don’t do, why we can’t do this. 

• We don’t realize we’re speaking cursing into our circumstances. 

• What are you saying? 

• Are we speaking cursing or blessing? Faith or doubt? Victory or defeat? 

• James didn’t write this to the ungodly. He was talking and giving instruction to the Church. 

• God’s power cannot flow through an unclean vessel! 

• It’s a clean engine that delivers power! 

• God wants to change your life. 

If you and I are going to endure, if we’re going to cope with the fiery changes of our times, the Church of Jesus Christ must be endowed with a new anointing of spiritual wisdom and discernment, or we will not cope! 

• God is bringing us into a new dimension of power and victory where we will manifest the power and the authority He has ordained and purposed for us in this end time. 

• We’re going to go deep into the spirit world, and we’re going to—by revelation—uncover this hindrance. 

• God is going to bring us into a spiritual breakthrough here. God is going to bring us into a powerful, new dimension where you will speak the Word of God with new power and with new authority and with new anointing! 

• It does not good to talk about something that you yourself have not experienced! 

• We take captive. We are not the victims. We are not the victims! We are the victors! 

• The devil is not going to sit back. 

• The devil has been standing before God, and he has been accusing God, and he’s been accusing the Church. 

• God is raising up an end-time people that will rise up to a new level of spiritual maturity. 

• God is calling us to a new position. 

• If God is going to use our lives, we’re going to have to rise up to a new level, a new position, in the Body of Christ, of accountability, responsibility, and discipline. 

• Guileless, means “pure,” “unadulterated,” and “without evil.” 

• There’s only one thing that’s infallible (infallible, means “impossible to mislead,” “no margin for error.”) the infallible Word of the living God! 

• I can hear my Father, and He’s calling me, and He’s saying to me, Morris, I want you to rise up to a new level of accountability, to a new level of responsibility, and to a new level of discipline, and I want you to put a guard on your tongue! 

• The only way the devil can win the battle over our tongue is by default. 

• We’ve got to take hold of a 100 percent victorious, 100 percent pure, 100 percent clean, 100 percent anointed mind of Christ 

• God didn’t plan to give us anything less than a 100 percent pure, 100 percent clean, 100 percent victorious, 100 percent disciplined heart and mind and tongue. 

• God wants you to rise up in a new strength that He’s pouring into your innermost being. 

• Blessing or cursing. Power or weakness. Faith or unbelief. Victory or defeat. Abundance or lack. Life or death. What’s it going to be? 

The Bible says rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft and idolatry. 

• God’s calling us to a new position of accountability. 

• That word, idle, is translated from a Greek word, argos. A-R-G-O-S. It means “inactive.” Idle words are “dead.” 

• God is calling us to a new level of spiritual maturity, a level of accountability, a level of responsibility, a level of discipline, and when we rise to the challenge, He will use us! 

• Until the Church is willing to become accountable, until the Church is willing to become responsible, until the Church is willing to become disciplined, it will never experience the full, complete manifestation of what God desires to do through His people. 

• Are we willing to become accountable? Are we willing to become responsible? Are we willing to let God discipline our lives, so His power can be manifested? 

• We can’t face the onslaughts of Satan without spiritual discipline. 

• If there’s anything that the Church of Jesus Christ lacks today, it lacks discipline! 

• We don’t have any time to play. We’ve got to get serious! 

• God’s going to have a disciplined army. 

• That army is going to be saturated. That army is going to be full of, and that army is going to be controlled by the Holy Spirit! 

• God’s got an army, brother, that’s 100 percent victorious over 100 percent of the enemy with a 100 percent clean, pure, unadulterated mind! 

• This is not a time to let up. 

• The Church of Jesus Christ is in no condition for the manifestation of the fullness of the power of God. It is in no condition! 

• We don’t try to see how close we can live to the world and get away with things. We restrict ourselves. 

• God’s calling us, beloved. To fulfill God’s purpose and plan in this end-time hour, we’ve got to come to a new spiritual maturity, a new 

1. Because you’re walking in covenant relationship with God. 

2. Because you’re in direct communion with God. 

3. Because you dwell in the Presence of God. 

4. Because you’re not confused. You know God’s will, and you’re ready, as His servant, to act on His commandments. 

5. Because you know you can expect God’s manifestation of signs and wonders because you speak and act only on God’s Word. 

Three prophecies. 

1. God is going to reveal areas in your life where you have put the limits on Him. 

2. You are going to be able to see God’s supernatural provision for you. 

3. The basis of everything that God has to do through you and me comes as a result of the death of self. 

• • What’s the basis of our experience of signs and wonders and the manifestation of miracles? Our oneness with God. 
• • God is going to have a people. A people that will walk in an unbelievable commitment of holiness and righteousness. 
• • The same anointing and the same Spirit that is present in this meeting is right by your side now! 
• • You are a part of Gods end time harvest and God has not planned any defeats for you! 
• • God reveals Himself through signs and wonders to fulfill specific purposes. The God that you and I serve is a God of plan. He is a God of purpose. He is a God of design, and He is a God of objectivity. 
• • The only engine that delivers power is a clean engine! 
• • The Holy Spirit will put a searchlight on your life and He’s going to reveal to us areas in our life that are putting the limitations on God.

• • Harvest is “a period of time in which an event takes place.” 
• • Everything that can be shaken is going to be shaken. 
• • This is God’s end-time harvest time, and He wants you to be a part of His end-time plan. 
• • Say to Him, God, I want to be used by You for the end-time manifestation of signs and wonders and miracles, and watch what happens. 

• • God is calling you to rise up to a new level of authority and power in the Name of Jesus to fulfill the commission to set My people free! 
• • God wants to come into your circumstances to manifest Himself to you! 
• • PROPHECY: The time has come again in these end-times where God will once again be the supernatural Provider for His end-time people. I am expecting God’s supernatural provision for you! 
• • I don’t stand here in my name. I stand here in the Name of My Father, Who sent me. He tells me what to say, what to do! 
• • God sent Moses into pharaoh’s court with power and authority to fulfill the commission. 
• • That word, authority, is taken from the Greek word, exousia. What that word means is this, in the Greek, exousia: “the right to exercise.” 
• • That word, power, is taken from the Greek word, dunamis, which literally means “the miracle-working power of God.” 
• • God wants a people who will put their 100 percent trust in Him. 
• • I am one with the God of signs and wonders and miracles! 
• • God uses signs and wonders to teach. 
• • God uses signs and wonders to teach us to depend on Him! 
• • You will rise to a new dimension of miracle-power living. 
• • The manifestation of true faith is present when the absence of fear takes place. 
• • The Lord shall fight for you. You shall hold your peace. 
• • God said to Moses, quit praying, and get the people moving. 

• • God gives power, gives authority, to perform signs, wonders, and miracles in the Name of Jesus. 
• • The resurrection is the sign of the gospel! It is the undeniable, infallible proof that you and I serve the true, living Son of God! 
• • God equipped Moses with signs and wonders as his credentials. 
• • The greater the battle, the greater the victory! 
• • You don’t face the works of the devil in your own strength or in your own name! 
• • If you are going to be used by God in the manifestation of signs and wonders and miracles, you have got to be able to see past the natural and into the supernatural! 
• • These signs shall follow them that believe! In My Name, they’ll cast out devils! They’ll heal the sick! They’ll cleanse the leper! They’ll raise the dead! 
• • Signs and wonders are your credentials! 
• • The name of Jesus is your credentials! 
• • Ask = to make a demand on that which is due! 
• • Signs and wonders provide the visible evidence that God is the true and the living God. 
• • This is what God is saying to us. He’s saying, You’ve gotten My credentials. He’s saying, Don’t let the oppressed sit there. He’s telling us to go. Now is the time. Go. Set My people free. You have the power.
