This week Mike and Joey share Farm Days and the Morrow County Fair. August is here and so is the season of fair food! Mike finishes his story on the magnetic springs by the now State Lakes, and Joey talks about some of the information around the election and confusion around representatives for Morrow County. Mike and Joey will be rotating the days they can get together to record but will try hard to get you an episode every week and hopefully a guest!

This week special guest Chris Gabrelcik, CEO and Founder of Lubrication Specialists, Inc. shares the companies history and why he chose Morrow County to create this awesome business. Mike shares a little more about "Magnetic Springs" and of course the guys share the latest happenings!

This week Mike and Joey invite Rick Mitchell from Cardington's Bunker's Mill and Cardington Wine and Arts festival. Mike talks about Magnetic Springs located in what we know call the Mount Gilead State Park. Joey shares a little about FDR's third term and George Washington Carver's relationship with Henry Ford. 

Mike and Joey take you through the streets of Morrow County and the temperance movement during the 1870s. Of course, they tell you about the coming events in Morrow County and Joey talks a little about Freedom Fest 2022. Mike Vance joins Mike and Joey this week. Joey was on vacation and had some time to make new sounds and ads for the podcast. Check them out. 

This week Mike talks about a famous person that moved to Morrow County and owned a business. Joey shares some Independence Day history from History.com. 

Mike and Joey once again take you through the happenings of this fun filled week. They talked a little about the three tornados that hit Morrow County on June 13, 2022. just 41 years after the Cardington Tornado. Mike finishes up the discussion about Cardington's quest for becoming the county seat. 

This week Mike and Joey have EDS Sauce Guys Eric as a guest. Eric talks about the origins of EDS Sauce guys and the awesome stuff that is happening! From the days of a bourbon sauce in the back yard to the new dill pickle sauce! These guys have a really cool story. Mike tells part two of the Mount Gilead Cardington battle of the county seat. Joey and Mike share the upcoming events as well. 

This week Mike and Joey welcome Jodi Keller, Associate Director of Healthcare System Emergency Preparedness for Central Ohio Trauma Systems. Jodi shares many of the hidden preparedness aspect that you are covered under that you didn't even know and more! 

Mike takes us back to a time when the Cardington and Mount Gilead feud likely started. The time when Cardington petitioned for the county seat to be moved from Mount Gilead to Cardington. This will continue next week! 

This week Mike and Joey walk through the Memorial Day happenings around Morrow County. Special guest Mike Vance is in the studio to talk about the American Red Cross and the great programs and volunteer services they have.
