This could be one of the most important journeys we have embarked on as a community. It is possible, and even probable, that holiness is not just about purity, separation from sin and being set apart. It is also about wholeness. Jesus reframes an OT call to holiness in this way: "Be perfect just as your Father in heaven is perfect."

"Perfect" has to do with being complete and whole, more than it does sinless. Doesn't it make sense? Don't most of your struggles with sin find their way through some area of brokenness in your life?
