This teaching looks at the Biblical notion of justice - intentionally disadvantaging yourself for the advantage of others. It's not enough to know what is just and right, true justice occurs when it is done and acted upon. As followers of Christ, we are called to do justice to our neighbors.

This teaching looks at the concept of "training for godliness" by considering the categories of hedonism and asceticism, two extremes toward which all peoples tend to lean.  Christians are called to walk in wisdom between these two extremes, while also noticing that Jesus himself tended to be accused of hedonism!
