Great continuation
Really enjoying this series, halfway through! Just Pt 3 to go. Thank goodness I have all three to read straight off.
Now whilst its not a big cliffy, its a cliffy all the same. Writing my review allows me to complete put this book to bed.
So obviously we get plenty more of Rhees and Paul and they are quite the adorable couple. Although I sense Pal is being way over cautious. I love that we got to spend more with with Paul's childhood friends, who most definitely see how Paul's changed.
Each of the boys were such fun most of their girlfriends were fun too.
You can feel the love Paul and Rhees share, coming off the pages in spades, even though they are so in denial.
I adore Claire, maybe biased being a fellow Brit an all, but she is a faithful friend and a very good listener.
I'm really glad all the snarkiness between the groupies has died down, no one wants to be the butt of all those jokes.
Rhees is such a sweet girl, who has found 'The one' but struggles with how to put her feelings into words, Paul on the other hand knows how to put his feelings into words, but they always come out hurtful, he is still harboring secrets surrounding his family, which I hope get out on the surface in Pt 3.
I also think Paul is hiding something too, again hoping it will all be revealed.
Loving how Rhees was able to finally make her thoughts and feelings clear, and Paul finally listened with Claire's help.
Great ending, typical of their funny crazy, hickle de-pickledy way they have, can't wait to get started on book 3.
Rapturous, relational, engaging and humorous at times
I really enjoyed this book, it kept me guessing, amused and stealing time to read. The characters were well-developed and it made me want to care about them and the outcome of each adventure or situation. I could related to the practical realities; as their love evolved. The complexities of each hurdle developed the characters as in real life. I want to try develop their talent for diffusing anger or tension with humor. I cannot wait for Part 3!
Fantastic read!
Book 1 was great and book two even better. I can't wait for book three! Paul and Rheese a very interesting dynamic going on in their relationship. He knows what love is... she doesn't. There is still so much that they don't know about each other.
Four Stars
Part 2 as good as the first...if not better!
Even better than the first book
Rhees and Paul growing up. There are some serious issues between these two that will make or break their relationship.
