This always common on people that don't let things go easily in their heart and this kind of emotion blocks ability to think straight

toxic emotion that can take bad effect on our life if care is not taking

We may be small, but we are also part of something much bigger. And this universe has been around for a long time, so it's likely to be around for a long time to come. So we can take comfort in knowing that we are part of something big and ancient and that the universe will be here long after we're gone.
